Aminoglycoside

  It is bactriocidal

 include Amikacin , gentamycin , neomycin streptomycin , tobramycin

 these group not absorbed by gut so found as inj only exept ( neomycin ) found orally 

  

Ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity 

ودرجة السمومية مالتهم بالترتيب 

Streptomycin=kanamycin > Amikacin>gentamycin > tobramycin 

  تأثير الامينو يزاد لمن ونطيهم وي مجموعه بيتا لاكتام الي هيه بنسلين ..سيفالو .. 

 استخدامها يجب ان لا يزاداد على ٧ اايام 

 Aminoglycoside should not give to patinet has kidney problem

1-Amikacin 

Trade name = Amikin 

Only vial 100 and 500

2 -Gentamycin

Trade name * garamycin

 found in Amp ,eye drop , eye ointment 

امنً مرهم للعين هو الجنتاميسين

3- Tobramycin 

Trade name  tobrex

Found in eye ointment

4 -streptomycin 

Only vial 1g..
