Which of the following is the most appropriate for the management of allergic rhinitis?

Management of allergic rhinitis includes the use of antihistamines, intranasal corticosteroids and nasal decongestants. Non-sedating antihistamines such as levocetirizine  are  preferred  in  mild-to-moderate  and  intermittent  symptoms. Promethazine and diphendyramine are sedating antihistamines. Oxymetazoline is a nasal decongestant that is available for topical administration. Topical administration of sympathomimetic agents provides relief from nasal obstruction but because of the onset of rebound congestion their use should be limitedto 1 week.
