* Specific phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor , inceases NO Levels in smooth muscles
* Oral dose 25 - 100 mg/24h as needed
* Avoid in severe heart diseases or if patent takes nitrates
* In absence of right stimulation the drug has no effect of its main purpose
* May cause headache , dizziness, nasal congestion and back pain
