PARIET is usually prescribed for:

Progressive duodenal ulcer

Progressive gastric ulcer

Erosive or ulcerative esophagitis due to gastroesophageal reflux

Gastroesophageal reflux esophagitis

Gastroesophageal reflux

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in peptic ulcer disease

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Indications PARIET-

PARIET is indicated for the treatment:

· Progressive duodenal ulcer.

Benign progressive gastric ulcer.

· Symptomatic erosive or ulcerative esophagitis due to gastroesophageal reflux.

Maintenance of esophagitis by gastroesophageal reflux.

Symptomatic of moderate to very severe gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Zollinger Ellison syndrome.

· Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in the event of peptic ulcer disease, in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy. See section Dosage and method of administration.
