لاااااازم تعرف أنه فية تداخل دوائي خطير جدا جدا  بين دواء يسمى perindopril من عائلة مشهورة جدا يطلق عليها  ACE inhibitor الذي يستخدم لعلاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم مع المسكنات ومضادات الإلتهاب زي

 ibuprofen, indomethacin, naproxen

aspirin, ketoprofen , diclofenac, ketorlac, meloxicam, sulindac....

وذلك يرجع إلى 

the ability of NSAIDs to reduce the synthesis of vasodilating renal prostaglandins.

مما قد يؤدي إلى حدوث فشل كلوي acute renal failure 

خاصة في كبار السن .
