تتواجد خلايا mast cell بكثره في الرئة واغشية الانف وانسجة العين 

يستخدم الانتي هستامين كـ ماده علاجية لما يمتلكة من خاصيه عاليه في توسيع الاوعيه الدمويه 

Effect of histamine  

Histamine has 3 type

  H1 

Found in all part of the body except mucus membrane of stomch 

And H1 responsible for anflammation and allergy 

 

H2 responsable for regulation Hcl in stomch

 

Responsable regulation amount of histamine secreted in all body

  Anti histamine divided to  second group

 

 يسبب النعاس لانو ادوية هاي الجيل تعبر BBB 

مثل diphenhydramine ونستفاد من هاي الخاصيه في المريض الي عنده ارق كما توصف في نزلات البرد 

 

ادوية الجيل الثاني لا تسبب النعاس لانها لا تعبر BBB مثل loratadine and cetrizine
