Class of steroid hormone(progestogens)that activate progesterone receptor
Uses :
Dysmenorrhea
Secondary amenorrhoea
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding &irregular cycles
Infertility due to luteal insufficiency
Endometriosis
Hormone replacement therapy
Should not given for
Patient w past or family history of breast cancer
History of thrombosis(clot)& stroke
Abnormal genital bleeding
Dose:
10mg with or without food once or twice daily as directed by the doctors

العقم بسبب عدم الاكتفاء التام
بطانة الرحم
علاج بديل الهرمون
لا ينبغي ان تعطى ل
المريض مع الماضي او تاريخ العائلة لسرطان الثدي
تاريخ التخثر (الجلطة) والسكتة الدماغية
نزيف غير طبيعي في الاعضاء التناسلية
الجرعة:
10 ملغ مع او بدون طعام مرة او مرتين يوميا حسب تعليمات الاطباء
