On September 14th, following the distribution of CATI tokens in the airdrop, we received numerous inquiries from the community regarding the $vKitty profit speed per second weighting for the airdrop distribution.

We would like to clarify this matter for everyone. 😻

On June 6th, Catizen initiated a community vote regarding the weighting for the Airdrop of vKitty, Fish Coin, wCATI, and xZEN.

According to the community vote, $vKitty Profit speed per second was voted as the primary criterion! 🪙

However, during the data review for this CATI airdrop, we discovered that numerous bot accounts exploited this public rule by using scripts to boost their $vKitty Profit speed, attempting to gain a disproportionate amount of CATI tokens.🤖 In this situation, following the original airdrop criterion would significantly undermine the benefits of genuine players and community supporters! 🥹

Catizen had previously issued a Cheat Prevention Notice on May 2nd, stating:

"Any attempt to cheat with scripts, bugs, code, or invite bots will not be tolerated. There's no room for shortcuts here."

To ensure that CATI tokens could be airdropped fairly to each genuine player, we have carefully decided to make necessary adjustments to the airdrop reward distribution method.

In this airdrop, we will reduce the weight of $vKitty Profit speed per second and shift the primary criteria to factors that more accurately reflect genuine player activities, such as: on-chain interactions, task completions, and fish coin purchases & consumption.

This adjustment aims to maintain fairness in the game and ensure that every player receives their rightful reward.

We understand that this decision may cause some controversy and dissatisfaction, but we believe it is crucial for upholding the fairness of the game and the interests of real players. 🐱
