Abnormal results
Bence Jones proteins are present in50-80% of people with multiple myeloma. People with other malignancies also can have a positive Bence Jones proteins test, but less frequently.
Certain nonmalignant diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and chronic renal insufficiency can have Bence Jones proteins in the urine. High doses of penicillin or aspirin before collecting the urine can give a false positive result.

هو أفضل اختبار للكشف عن التهاب الكبد الصفروايه (ALP) وهذا طبعا الانزيم المتعلقة بالقنوات الصفراوية ولكن أيضا أنتجت من قبل العظام والأمعاء وخلال فترة الحمل من قبل المشيمة (بعد الولادة). وغالبا ما تزداد عندما يتم حظر القنوات الصفراوية

انزيم ALP يكون مرتفع خلال فتره الحمل ولا تدل علي حاله مرضيه ويكون مرتفع في الأطفال مع ارتفاع الكالسيوم ويعتبر Normal لانه بدخل في تكوين العظام وأيضا قد يكون مرتفع لدي الناس للمصابين بالأمراض الامعاء

يتم اختبار ALTعادة بالتزامن مع AST انزيم الكبد آخر، كجزء من لوحة الكبد
لازم يعني نستخدم الاختبارين معاااااا عشان الطبيب يقدر يقرر
Both ALT and AST levels usually rise whenever the liver is being damaged, although ALT is more specific for the liver and, in some cases may be the only one of the two to be increased
كل من مستويات ALT و AST ترتفع عادة كلما تلفت الكبد على الرغم طبعا من أن ALT هو أكثر تحديدا للكبد وفي بعض الحالات قد يكون الوحيد من اثنين لزيادة
An AST/ALT ratio may be calculated to aid in distinguishing between causes and severity of liver injury and to help distinguish liver injury from damage to heart or muscles.
ويمكن حساب نسبة AST و ALT للمساعدة في التمييز بين أسباب وشدة إصابة الكبد والمساعدة في تمييز إصابة الكبد من التلف إلى القلب أو العضلات.
